The 1980 Ford F-150 Ranger was released as the first model of the seventh-generation model of the F series, and it featured angular design cues and a robust ladder frame. The truck prioritised both lightweight and durable design. The Ranger grade is positioned as the advanced specification and has extensive outside features such as 2-tone paint and chrome trim.
