They have a choice of two heads, two backpack icons, and three shoulder pads – one featuring the sigil for Ragnar Blackmane's Great Company, one for Logan Grimnar's, and a blank one. Two members of the squad can be optionally built carrying their bolt carbines in both hands. There are 24 heads in the kit – 10 helmeted and 14 bare – and 26 shoulder pads, which are all interchangeable across the miniatures, as are the weapons.
