The drive is provided by four motors Textron Lycoming ALF 502R-5 . The prototype flight took place in 1981. The management of the new concern has decided to continue the work started at Hawker Siddeley on a new medium-range passenger plane that can take about 100 passengers on board. The result was the BAE 146. It turned out to be a very successful machine. It is characterized by a short take-off and landing distance, is highly reliable, easy to pilot and ensures good travel comfort. It also shows a reasonable level of operating costs. Several development versions were created in the course of serial production. The BAE 146-100 was the first mass-produced. The BAE 146-200 was created very quickly, it was longer than the original and could take a larger number of passengers on board. There was also a fire extinguishing version BAE 146, as well as a version for the transport of the British royal family - BAE 146 CC2.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e","published_at":"2025-12-12T17:11:01+02:00","created_at":"2025-12-12T17:11:00+02:00","vendor":"Revell","type":"Scale Model Kits","tags":["Brand_Revell","Category_Aircraft","Scale_1\/144 Scale Sets Incl.
