Extremely innovative in concept and design, the Raptor is equipped with two Pratt & Whitney F119 turbofan engines, with afterburners capable of generating vector thrust via its exhaust nozzles. The "stealth" capability is provided through the aerodynamic profile and the use of "hi-tech" materials capable of minimizing radar detectability. Evasion capability is further aided by detailed design engineering of the air intakes and exhausts to reduce heat generation from exhaust gases and also noise emission reduction. The air-to-air and air-to-surface armament systems are installed in loading bays within the fuselage in order to further minimize radar detection. The aircraft avionics are extremely advanced and able to detect, track and acquire targets even at long range.

Features:

Super Decal Sheet for 3 Versions

Colour Instruction Sheet

Contains 1 model (Figure not included)

More Info:

Type: Fighter aircraft

Period: Modern

Country: United States

SKILL: 3

Model Dim.: 39,4 cm

Box Dim.: 373 x 241 x 60 mm

["Brand_Italeri","Category_Aircraft","Scale_1/48 Scale","Type_Military Jets
"option1":"Default Title","option2":null,"option3":null
["Default Title
["//jixhobbies.co.za/cdn/shop/products/Italeri-1_48LockheadMartinF-22ARaptor.png?v=1665064958
//jixhobbies.co.za/cdn/shop/products/Italeri-1_48LockheadMartinF-22ARaptor.png?v=1665064958
Title

1/48 Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor

Italeri 2822

Excludes all glues, paints and tools necessary to assemble.

The Lockheed Martin-Boeing F-22 is a 5th-generation USAF stealth fighter aircraft.
